I’m a proud father to my 4-year-old son, Freddie, and husband to Fliss. We live in Tunbridge Wells, Kent. As a certified Nutrition Coach and Level 2 Gym Instructor, my goal is to help individuals achieve their weight loss, fitness, and health goals through tailored online coaching, focusing on simple nutrition education, fitness plans, and practical guidance.
Whether you’re looking for help with weight loss, improving your fitness, creating home workout routines, or building healthier habits, I offer personalised coaching programs that are designed to meet your needs. With expertise in advanced resistance training, core training, circuit training, and weight management, I provide a balanced approach to fitness and nutrition to ensure you get the results you’re looking for.
Over the last 18 months, I’ve lost 20kg through a sustainable, healthy eating plan and home-based fitness routines, and I’m passionate about helping others achieve their goals, whether from home or at the gym. Previously, I played county cricket for Middlesex and represented multiple top-tier teams in the Home Counties Premier League, Middlesex Premier League, Gloucestershire, Worcestershire, and Western Australia. These days, you’ll find me on the golf course, currently playing off a handicap of 8.6!
